There’s a new thing I’m trying that is in a few things called Ashwagandha. I bought it in a butterfly pea tea 🦋 it’s also in some melatonin vitamins/gummies for Sleep. It’s helpful for both anxiety and depression! I had a cup of the tea and a couple hours later I felt a spark of happiness that I hadn’t felt in years! BLUE TEA - Butterfly Pea Flower Ashwagandha | Herbal Tea | 15 Pyramid Tea Bags | FARM PACKED | Iced Tea, Cooler, Cocktails , Mocktails | Caffeine - Vegan - Plastic Free - Premium Tin Pack https://a.co/d/7Si53iY Another thing I used too take 5-HTP (only the natrol brand because unlike spring valley it doesn’t say there’s any weird effects) I loved it tho, then I had lost the bottle lol 😂 and also L-Theanine.

Ok well I just know what I know. I just used Kava as needed. Only heard about St John's Wort use and always ask your doctor for advice before trying herbal products for sure!

@pvnkg1rl75 Some issues with asking your doctor is that they aren't trained in herbal medicines, so more often than not they won't have anything correct/up to date/at all regarding alternative treatments.

I've heard Kava is good for anxiety and L-Theanine for focus, and of course St John's Wort for depression but I've never tried that. Just Kava.

@pvnkg1rl75 St John's Wort is linked to eye and vision issues. It also interacts with a lot of medications.

@pvnkg1rl75 Im leery about Kava. My friend used this for years to help with sleep and ended up with liver transplant. Learn all you can about herbs. I may look into L-Theanine. I being treated for UTI now so I’m not putting anything new in my body still that situation is cleared up.
