I was able to loose the weight from steroids by cutting out bread, pasta and sweets. I eat fruit when I want something sweet.

Unfortunately, I am not able to stop taking it, as I have a lot of issues with my lower back after a fall. It makes a big difference with the nerve pain in my back and legs. But I have tried so many different diets, excercise, nothing makes a difference.
Following this post. I struggle with the same.

I have found that while I can't lose weight I can maintain the same weight with intermittent fasting. With the pain and fatigue from fibromyalgia I just don't have the energy to exercise after a 9 hour work day.

Yes. It takes a while but you can.
