      If your doctor didn’t explain that you can and likely will have cysts with PCOS then I would be finding a new doctor asap

      Yes it does come with this I've had two rupture but they were very small luckily my first one was back in I would like to say in June and the second one was actually today but with the first one it was so bad like I had so much pain they literally thought my appendix was going with the second one I really wasn't in that much pain I just slept all day and when I was awake I'd be curled up in the fetal position because I just felt nauseous to my stomach

      You should have your doctor keep watch of them though. I had one that grew to the size of a softball and ended up having to get my right ovary removed because of it.
