First PCOS Symptom: Seeking Medical Advice

I had unbearable stomach pain at age 13 and went into the hospital. Was told if I was even an hour later at getting into surgery, I would’ve ended up dead. So now I’m down an ovary but I have a PCOS diagnosis.
