Anyone else ever just randomly get dizzy? Or just randomly get a headache that blurs your vision and makes you disoriented? Is that a POTS thing or is that something else?

I often get dizzy when I take hot showers, put my arms above my head, or stand up too fast. If I were you I’d start a journal and log all of the things that you’ve noticed make you feel dizzy or give you headaches. Since everybody experiences POTS differently, It could give you a better insight on what POTS means for you. Good luck and stay strong 💗💪

I have that regularly. Those types of headaches are usually migraines for me and the dizziness is part of it. I think it may have to do with the condition causing/worsening my pots rather than pots itself - mast cell activation syndrome. Some of my worst triggers are food and perfume.
