Headaches and Dizziness When Bending Over: POTS Symptom?

recently I cant bend over or squat at all cause the moment I come back up I get a headache and I get dizzy. Is this another symptom of POTS?

I experience this as well ^ I still bend over, but when I come back up I need a second to wait for my vision to come back. I think it probably is related to POTS, but I'm not sure

I seen it could also be a sign of dehydration. :,p
