today I am going back to work since I've been out for almost a month now. and I cannot wait to go back cuz I miss everyone that I am friends with and I honestly hope that I don't screw up today and I pray that you know my bipolar stays under control and yes I started my DBT training with my counselor yesterday so it's a long road to get better but at least I'm trying to get better and I want to stay out of the hospitals as best as I can for my family and for myself.
