i have ibs and the past four days, so first day i had liquid diarrhea twice in once day. since then i haven’t pooped? is that a flare up? can someone help me understand!! i’ve tried to poop and it just won’t happen.

I wouldn't consider it a flare of fibro. That's just the diarrhea side of Ibs. The other side is constipation. You cleaned yourself out it sounds like.
