Dealing with Self-Doubt and Criticism from Family Members

When you work so hard on _ and then someone tells you should do something other than _. And it instantly made me really shaky. Assuming ANXIETY(?) But it just made me feel like my good efforts toward my decision was me just not being “good enough” bc the results haven’t shown yet. Relatable? Harder when it’s a family member telling you that too… when they of all people should understand.
