      I like to make popsicles with those plastic Popsicle containers for kids out of applesauce, body armor (for hydration), orange juice, applesauce blended with strawberries. It is one of the only things I can keep down

      So I’m on a low fat and low fiber diet. I still like to, cautiously, snack on like lemon bundt cakes, pop tarts, yogurt, honey buns. Stuff like that. If I eat them slow enough it does me well

        @BumbleBees I also love snacking on dry cereal! Cinnamon Toast Crunch and fruit loops mostly. Gotta stay clear of cheerios sadly bc they’re high in fiber
