Think of things with your senses: i can feel my shirt on my back, i can see birds in the sky, i can her dogs barking etcetc - it helps refocus your mind to the present. Also labeling the feelings helped me a lot - like sit there and recognize the feelings in your throat and heart and lungs - if you pay attention to the way your body feels during these attacks it tends to help at least the physical symptoms go away
Rubbing something with my thumb or counting in my head helps too
I usually find a way to distract myself by listening to music or watching a video.
Hugging something/someone helps me :)
