I regularly had a burning sensation with actual heat as if I was on fire until my rheumatologist started me on gabapentin. Fibro is neurological so you’re probably experiencing nerve pain. My gabapentin is a lifesaver for that and my chronic nausea!

My legs hurt like that from the knees down to my toes. But I’ve had 7 surgeries in my back from bad discs. So after my last back surgery my legs and feet were very weak and hurt. Have to use a cane to walk around. Also with my feet being a bit numb , I sometimes catch my foot on something and trip and fall
When my fibromyalgia spikes I get that aching and burning over my entire body. All I want is to be able to float over my bed completely naked. 😥

Aching and burning are both fairly typical with fibromyalgia. It's a bit interesting that it's in your toes. Sometimes I have the same problem, but it tends to be spread up my legs and arms.
