Yes it drives me crazy dry nose and congestion under my eyes and nose and since I had covid in the past this does not help with my taste and smell I’m miserable I’m living with it don’t wanna have surgery how is everyone else coping with this and what are your symptoms?

I do a sinus rinse every morning and do take Flonase every day. My ENT also prescribed azlastine and that helped for a while alongside the rinse and spray!

There are several things I've done over the decades to manage the sinusitis. Prescription nasal sprays Saline sinus washes Peppermint essential oils (works well) -Maximum strength MucinexD -Some steroid nasal spray -Postural drainage (hanging my head off the edge of the bed... sinuses drain upside down) In the allergy seasons of Spring and Fall I use Benedryl. Hope this helps.
