Long COVID and Chronic Sinusitis: Seeking Advice

I’ve just been diagnosed with long COVID due to my sinuses continuing to be inflamed(chronic sinusitis sufferer before COVID) and congested. Also, the headaches, dizziness and vertigo. I’ve been prescribed Flonase and a saline solution.. anyone else have this problem?

Yeah long COVID has caused me many problems. I can really relate to dizziness and vertigo, I can barely ride in cars anymore. It also screwed with my breathing a lot so I can’t play flute anymore which sucks.

Yes I have this problem. I use Nettie pot and a manuka honey nasal spray

Yes I do, i have long Covid and I have persistent headaches, bloody and green mucus for about a year now as one of my symptoms. I use a nasal spray and saline sometimes I find that breathing in steam helps a lot with it. It is frustrating because none of my doctors know what is going on..
