I don’t have any tips but I’m interested in this also. I gained a lot of weight the past 2 years and I feel like I switched bodies with someone, like this body is not me. I’m very self conscious and I know people have noticed the change, so I always imagine what they are thinking about me. I was skinny my whole life so this is a completely new world for me.
@Imaginary813 a lot of my weight gain has happened because of depression and too much access to junk food. I have been thinner for most of my life but being taller means I have also always looked bigger. It is a whole new world and getting older is forcing me to think about potential health issues and my longevity.
