I think you, yourself have to go by what your Dr suggests as what may work for one won't work for another! Example: I could say I took 2 different kinds of drugs for your problem, you go go to your Dr and he says ok we'll give it a try, your hopes are high as these other people said it worked for them , only to have it not work for you! Just saying.........!

And yes definitely consult a doctor, and get an actual diagnosis if you haven't

I actually stopped my anxiety medicine when I realized I wasn't getting anxious with just taking my adhd, you need to see what works for you, but I am on Strattera for adhd
Xanax and Wellbutrin
Bupropion and sertraline work well for me. Viibryd worked wonders for me but in’s quit paying so I had to stop. Fluoxetine did NOT work for me tho.
I'm currently on Buspar, Duloxetine and Gabapentin. That mix is working well for me.
Did you know that balancing for 10-15 min/day helps with all 3?

Medication is very different for everyone, it takes a minute to find the right ones but the things that you have are very treatable. Personally meds were literally a life saver. However, make sure that you are comfortable with your psychiatrist. A good psych listens to you and works with you.

I did meds ... Didn't like feeling numb all the time. I stopped taking them and started walking daily, swim one day a week, and play with my grandbabies often. I've made huge progress and feel great most days thou the winter months are a challenge still.
@PeggyJean My grandson takes ABILIFY INJECTION every 28 days for his ADHD and anxiety. It's saved his life!
1. Don't get prescription for psych meds from primary care doctor, they have no clue what they're doing. 2. Don't ask people online for meds recommendations, consult a psychiatrist, no psych will prescribe you meds because you say that's what was recommended online. 3. Get help! It's worth it.
Zoloft helped me
Have you tried acupuncture? I heard it might help.
Have you done any medications before? Has your primary doctor highly suggest what works for all three of your issues at the same time? Some medications cause insomnia so sometimes you have to take something else also to help with sleeping
I encourage you to try something but ask questions. I got started on venlafaxine years ago. I get nasty withdrawals when i miss one pill! I have since researched it and it's one of the meds that ate really difficult to get off. I'll probably be on it forever. My other needs are fantastic and so helpful.
Have you looked into plant based products. That has helped me dramatically
Celexa was very helpful for me for a time. If you're having trouble sleeping, clonidine works as both a sleep aid and an ADHD medication. It does work by lowering your blood pressure though. There are many options. My best advice is to connect with a psychiatrist either directly or through a program to get their recommendation on what medications to try first.
