How to keep a cool head while I don’t have a clear diagnosis. Just had a full day of some of the worst pain of my life. Rolling, acute pain in abdominal area. Would stop and start, and couldn’t get any relief. Really scary and upsetting. How do I keep my nerves while not actually knowing what is going on, and may not for a while since gastrointestinal diagnoses are tricky.
