I believe everyone should take more social media breaks! Love the media and all but its really affecting our mental health. Mental Health has been declining throughout the years… and I say, the more social media advances, the more mental health declines. Remember to take breaks and value what you have. Don’t compare yourself to others, don’t worry about things you don’t have. Just focus on yourself and your own journey to finding your specific happiness! ♡
