I've been on a streak of no self harm, but as of lately I've felt the urge to for any small reason. I feel like the smallest things upset me which send me into a overthinking spiral. What can I do to stop myself in the moment to not do anything irrational?

I'm so proud of you friend ! It is hard. I struggle alot myself but im here to say someone is proud of you and sees your hard work ! Do you like to draw? Paint? Color? Work with clay? Anything involving your hands !(:
Firstly, I’m so proud of you for taking that step to stop sh! I know for me the biggest thing I can do is just distract myself in the moment or do harm reduction and occupy myself in a way that I don’t have the option to self-harm. Also it really helps me to know that the urge will always pass. Stay strong! You got this! 💕
