I don't have OCD but sometimes I breath in a way that follows like a pattern in my head and I can't stop. I'll try to but I catch myself doing it and then I can breath and I'm like "I wonder why". It makes me feel like I have no control over my body. I'll try to sit still but no matter how hard I try I get an itch or an intense need to move my face or something. It's exhausting.
