Looking for Fibromyalgia Symptoms

uuuuuhg. yes exactly this! best of luck to you. I would write everything down that you experience and comlare it to fibro. They seem to like YOU to know all the details even though THEY are the friggin doctor. Then you can be like look at all these things...I have the fabric heaviness and the food adversities and by writing things down I realized more! 💙

I am in the same boat. So many jumbled up symptoms. My throat swells every month but thyroid is normal. I get hives for no obvious reason. I've developed food allergies I've never had before. Not one or 2 foods, like 20. My clothes hurt. My muscles burn. I'm short of breath but my iron is fine. Every scan or test shows minor things with no obvious diagnosis. I'm tired of waiting for the right symptom to pop up in front of the right dr at the right time. Ugh.

Wow that's almost the same as me! I have the skin sensations, light sensitivity, heat/cold sensitivity, tingly feet, and allodynia. I definitely have high social anxiety from it and tend to disassociate. Also have restless leg and muscles feel more painful at night when I'm trying to sleep. Sending strength!

I have widespread muscle and joint pain, allodynia, and exhaustion. Sometimes I feel very over-stimulated by bright lights and loud sounds. I occasionally have strange sensations like things are crawling on my skin, or there's water dripping from the crown of my head down my back. I get pins and needles in my legs when I'm hot and randomly get muscle twitches. I also struggle with differentiating whether something is cold vs wet, like laundry. I'm sure there is more that I can't think of since I just woke up! 😂
