What are your Fibromyalgia symptoms?

Hi everyone, Wondering what sort of symptoms people have that you feel are from your Fibromyalgia? Besides the classic pain and fatigue. I have a lot of odd symptoms my doctors don’t know what to do with. They say things unrelated to fibromyalgia. Thanks I’m advance for your input!

A ton of symptoms! I was diagnosed with chronic hives recently but I feel like it’s attached to my “Fibro” symptoms. Neuropathy in my whole body. My limbs and face randomly go numb. I also get a butterfly rash on my face that my allergist says is not related to the chronic hives.

Omg I get the same rash on my face. Especially when I’m in the sunlight (photosensitive I guess). My doctors have looked at Lupus but said my blood work is negative. My face feels hot when I get it. I get stress hives. I can’t eat most meat, dairy is a challenge also. Horrible nausea/vomiting Headaches Low body temp that doesn’t regulate right Insomnia or hypersomnia one of the two Depression Worst right now is this heavy, toxic sick feeling just blanketing my body. It’s been like this for 3 weeks :(

Thanks for the input. Most of my doctors have made me feel like so many of my symptoms are “abnormal” It’s bad enough being sick but then to have docs make me feel like I’m weird sucks

Fibro pretty much affects all systems in our bodies, so it’s hard to tell when it’s fibro or when it’s something else! One thing to keep in mind, there are a lot of other chronic illnesses that often accompany fibro (ME/CFS, POTS, MCAS…) so it might be worth looking into those to see if they might explain your symptoms? Even tho it might feel invalidating when it happens, it almost sounds like a good thing that your doctors are questioning some of your symptoms bc often doctors will chalk everything up to fibro and refuse to investigate anything else. You can use this as an opportunity to make sure nothing else is going on. :)
