I am starting a new job today. I have orientation and I am super anxious and all the what ifs are getting to me. For example What if I fail and get fired. I'm super anxious and can't relax any ideas to decrease my anxiousness and enjoy this new opportunity?

I do know that there are certain little exercises you can do with your hands when you do get anxious. I learned some from a previous counselor who helped me with my anxiety. I would look online an see what hand exercises end up working for you.
