For the first week I felt super shaky and my appetite increased a lot. It went away after a few weeks though.
@healthy_gal I felt this
@healthy_gal can I ask, when did you feel shaky was it just at a certain point after you took it or like every evening or morning?
@Bec89 it was in the morning like an hour after I took it. Something that helped was taking it with a meal so it didn’t absorb as fast. Hope that helps
I wanted to ask this very same question. I’ve been taking it for a week now and I wake up shaky. Not sure if it’s a side effect or stress. And there are days I feel like it doesn’t help me at all unless it’s just too soon.
