Okay. This is fine yeah. All of my previous coworkers quit so I'm the Only previous employee at my workplace with 8-9 new recruits to teach how things work. With almost double the responsibilities as last year. With a VERY condescending new boss who isn't as chill as my previous boss. Who flat out said I was "unprofessional" for cursing in a "professional" setting during TRAINING WEEK. ON A COLLEGE CAMPUS. Meeting #1 and I'm already having a fucking panic attack.

Think if it like group hopping 🤔. Every day is a new social experience for some people , gotta figure how to take it where u wanna go with it. Obviously it's a group thing but . Like the 5 things u can see smell touch taste and hear. And then adapt uu, kno

When the job starts becoming a stressor or starts to hurt you, you have to look for a change. Do your best to see if they can accommodate the stress / make the situation better, but if your employer can’t do that or if it is not enough I would consider leaving. Being without a job can be stressful too, but sometimes you have to take a leap and lookout for yourself. Hope it works out friend!! ❤️

Hugs. That was me for many years. After 15 years, I jumped on the wagon of a turn over. Getting out of that situation, overshadows the extreme anxiety of learning a new job. All decisions are hard. You are worth it to be in a place that makes you feel at peace.

To be fair, it's actually not professional....

@melabeille Homie, it's an on-campus job that essentially is just me working WITH other students. And I do that for maybe 10-12 hours a week. And also what does my language have to do with me being professional? Like if I was saying something offensive maybe. But just cursing isn't much. 😥 /lh /gen

@mxbee Language is a huge part of being professional...but it seems you have already made up your mind.

This isn't even mentioning the alienation I felt for being the only one who worked there before, and for being late to the initial move-in
