PCOS Symptoms: Ghost Periods?

I appreciate your input though, I did have a huge cyst a few months ago and almost needed surgery

That's not a ghost period. It a cyst that is about to rupture on your ovary. You may want to look into metformin and or birth control to ease those symptoms

I've noticed when I do intermittent fasting It tends to help! But every month is a struggle. A hit or miss unfortunately 😔

Have you ever had luck with inducing your period by any means? Not with prescription meds

YES! I call it my fake period... Drowsy, cramps, emotional.. happens every around the same time every month...
