It's definitely not just you! 💕 I'm not sure what you're taking for anxiety, but you may want to talk to your doctor about how you're feeling. They may suggest trying a different dosage of your perscription, or perhaps a new one entirely. I'd also suggest checking if your medicine is conflicting with what you eat/drink. Personally I take Adderall and it gets canceled out by citric and absorbic acid, so I avoid those when I take it.
