Hi. I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in 2017. I didn't believe my diagnosis because of the improper treatment of those who diagnosed me. I wasn't given adequate counseling about my diagnosis. I struggled really badly and kept attributing my issues with everything but my diagnosis. I barely accepted my diagnosis and since accepting it in Jan and taking lithium orotate, and getting Stella PTSD shot. I have finally seen progress in my life. I am wondering if there should be large systemic change in process for mental health professionals because of their negligence. I was in a stuck mental state for years. and 90 days of the right supplements fixed me while their professional approach actually set me further back.
