    I completely relate to this. Something that has helped me is stepping back when i’m feeling upset/disconnected from my partner and thinking about how long those feelings will last. Recognizing that most bad feelings are fleeting and looking at them objectively really helps.

    I think it first helps to note what you want from your relationship and why your BPD is “acting out” in a particular way. Recognize what you’re feeling in the moment. Mindfulness and meditation are extremely beneficial for those with BPD.
