I was clean for years but up until the past few weeks I've been cutting again. I don't even know why I'm doing it, today especially, I am back with my family, safe at home, yet I still do it. I feel no emotion before or after, it's just become part of my routine again; I can't sleep unless I do it. If anyone can recommend any tips to stop or anything I would really appreciate it
