      I honestly would do use your scale again or get a small child plate to portion one start that way always start with protein first then vegetables make sure eat three small meals drinks hour apart from eating if you got your binder go over it refresh

      I am struggling with this too. I’ve gained 116# since I had my surgery. I have been down with an injury for 20 weeks. I’m continuing to gain weight. Walking always worked for me. Also watching my sugar intake and my carbs. Basically I eat as if I were diabetic. Good luck.
