Routines for different types of days help.. not beating yourself up when you have low days. Meditations help. A balanced diet helps. You'll find things that work for you.

the app called insight timer is a really great app for meditation. I would start with just a minute or two at a time if you are new at it.

I take meds that manage it 90%. Some times people will see me at my best when I'm manic and have so much energy so they think I'm great. But then I crash and they get disappointed in what is left of me.

I was diagnosed when I was 16, I worked and raised my kids but it was very difficult, it's gotten to the point that I can't work anymore, when I do have a job the thought of going to work literally makes me physically ill

not really, my mom and dad have passed away and my sister died from cancer in October 2021, she was my biggest support system, now I don't really have anyone that cares
