Dealing with Bipolar Depression at Work

I've been told multiple times that I'm good at my job but my employers don't see how my productivity crashes when I'm depressed. I get that. When my hypomanic I'm great, and social. But when I'm not, I'm just going through the motions trying to keep going. I haven't told anyone I work with. Too scared. They will understand though. But I don't want them to always wonder if I'm in an episode
