      @RoxyKrawll Oh no so what did you have to do when they stopped working? Having to start all over for the search for the right combo again that works?

      My bipolar 2 diagnosis changed my life for many years. I got on the right meds for me and it even made my chronic illness manageable until the meds stopped working years later.

      Thank you. Same, I always like telling people little tips and tricks from trial and error that make a little difference and anything is better then nothing

      I have bipolar 2 as well! I’m open to talk if you ever feel like it. I’ve been diagnosed since 2019 and I’m still going through it. I still need help, but I love to be there for others 💓

          @Doodlvr medication lamotrigine a mood stabilizer, and buproprion for my depression and adhd. Also take Super B complex,( all B vitamins), and a herbal supplement to help with mood lift. Exercise and practicing self love. And that just helps on certain days but okay for most part
