Hello guys I just remembered something funny from when I was in 12th grade in 2020 I remembered I was sitting at a desk just listening to the teacher talk and outta nowhere I kicked the desk when I was sitting and was bored and no I didn't do it on purpose I actually didn't suspect and it was sudden it kinda hurt my foot and I was so embaresed about it because I don't have tiks so I apologized a few times and my teacher just kept saying it's okay it was an accident it's not like you did it on purpose then he smiled so I smiled and laughed a little. But now when I think of that day I can't help but laugh because it's funny now. š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£ anybody else ever do this. actually some times when I need to be still I move a little it's not very noticeable though. but it's still a bit funny.

Yes I do! I also do it vocally by mistake. Like when I drop something Iāll unintentionally squeak. Sometimes I can predict them when I have bad anxiety other times itās just as how you explained.

I can't remember doing it anytime recently but I think I did it a lot when I was little
@Astronomical Me, too! I'll make like popping or clicking noises, or repeat words or phrases if I started to feel overstimulated. It's like the vocal version of wringing my hands
