anyone with sister(s) know how to deal with her/them going down your throat about something? my sister literally went down my throat because I went with mom and her to get her dropped off at school and she didn't like that idea and she was also mad at me from bringing my phone with me when we went.

Be curious first. Ask why it upset her that you went and why it upset her that you brought your phone.
There are plenty of reasons that could have happened, and plenty of them that could be completely unrelated to you directly.
Either way sounds like boundaries will have to be made clear. Ie "if you're going to act like 'x' I will do 'y'"
