Birth Control and Depression: Is There a Connection?

Yep. Very depressed as well as irritable. I only lasted a handful of months. I didn’t have the patience to keep trying and thankfully I had the privilege of being able to quit.

I found it made me erratic

I tried many different bc pills and my depression got considerably worse
