    I’m in the same boat. If it helps whenever I get an anxious thought I always thank my brain for trying to keep me safe and reassure it that I am capable of keeping myself safe. It helps me to distance myself from that kind of negativity in my own head. As for my ED…well I haven’t found anyway to comfort myself when those feelings erupt. I’m sorry I couldn’t be more help but we’re all here for you ❤️
