I also have hEDS and a positive ANA panel with a speckled pattern! My rheum assured me that healthy people can often have a positive ANA test and not to worry for the time being.

Hello! I have EDS 🦓 and POTS. I was ANA positive too and I believe it was speckled as well. My rheumatologist said autoimmune issues- possible Sjorgren's Syndrome. I read it can also be present with Lupus too... But was also told that ANA positive people can be perfectly healthy too. 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️
