I frequently talk about my anxieties, trauma, and deep shame with my friends and partner. I can tell it exhausts them and they struggle to respond, but I can’t stop doing it. I feel so poorly that social interactions seem impossible. So, I dump all my feelings, to be honest about our distance and express a motivation to move past it. I don’t know how to fix my problem. Constantly burdening them with my extreme sadness pushes them further away, but I feel like I have to because I have such shame about my difficulty keeping up with normal conversation and want to be validated and supported by them. Sorry if this post is redundant or confusing. Any thoughts?

I would do this with my boyfriend too and we'll it really really got to him. Because all I could ever talk about was my trauma. I suggest trying to find a healthy outlet like this app or Journaling to release all of the negative emotions and work more on yourself.

I totally relate as well, but this app is a good step in the right direction. Maybe you can dump your feelings here with ppl who have and understand what you might be going through. ❤️❤️
