Struggling to Communicate with My S/O and Friends

sometimes i feel guilty for not talking to my s/o about how i feel, or any of my friends really. I end up feeling guilty, upset because they don’t say the right things, or worried that I’ll be a burden. I feel like i owe it to my girlfriend to at least be honest with her ab how i feel but i just can’t

      I feel this all the time and normally either tell my online friends or my therapist but my bf doesn't really get informed because he had a tendency to play Google doctor and things it's all in my head...... Like i stopped yelling him about my PTSD because he thinks that just because i still have contact with my abuser and still see my abuser that i don't have PTSD so i stopped taking him things

      A tip is if your s/o has any conditions to bond with them over that take it as a learning experience togather and grow with them from it because I have been doing that with mine and it is hands down the best relationship I have been in hope this helps 😊
