      @Ozmo oh my gosh, I know exactly how you feel. I'm not on 24/7 but I carry an Innogen or a tank at all times. But I use my "machine" when I'm home most of the time. I too have COPD and several other medical issues including an ileostomy. So I know what it's like to not be able to just go. And oh yes, those DAYS that you don't even want to get out of your bed, let alone dressed. I started getting badly depressed also as before getting sick I was extremely active. Then I decided to get a hobby. It really does help. And it definitely helps having someone else who understands what you feel. Take care and stay in touch. ❤️

      I am new here. Have been on oxygen for almost 3 to 4 years I think. I have asthma along with copd so oxygen is and has been a part of my life for decades, just not 24/7 loke now. It makes me so depressed to have it along with my other conditions that many days I don't get dressed or fix my hair. I never used to be this way but it just feels like another thing holding me down.

      I've been on oxygen for about a year and a half I'm recently found out I'm stage 4
