Struggling with COPD and Heart Failure

the first thing I was diagnosed with was COPD stage 4 and I argued and argued and it kept telling them it wasn't my lungs and then finally almost 5 years later I have tests done and I've been in congestive heart failure with preserved ejection fraction which of course there's no surgery or anything that can help except for fluid pills and beta blockers and I'm 40 lb overweight I feel like I'm dying everyday if I have to live like this on oxygen I don't want to be here no more how do I make this better

I use to feel the same way about my oxygen, I felt like every where I went people were starring at me. At one point I only went out of the house to go to the doctor. I barely went around family and friends. I starting praying and excepting the fact that oxygen was my best friend. I am much better today and I'm learning more and more that I'm not the only one with oxygen. I just saw a young lady with oxygen and I asked her age and how long had she been on oxygen. She is 16 years old and have been on oxygen since she was 7 years old. She is my motivation. Hope this helps
