Spect Scan Results and Severe Depression

Has anyone gotten a spect scan? It shows slowing in temperal lobes, scalloping, frontal lobe problems and low blood flow. I have severe depression where when it’s bad I just want to sleep and I want to die. I can’t hold things in my head very long. Does anyone have anything similar?

I have not gotten the scan but have had issues with blood flow and cranial spinal fluid flow, it did make me feel like there was no point or energy. I like swimming, the sauna and the jacuzzi or warm baths when I feel that way. Do you like to go for walks or exercise?
