Other than meds, what treatments might help?
Everyone’s different but here’s what I can think of rn: chiropractors, acupuncture, reflexology, aromatherapy, vitamins, removing any food that you’re allergic or intolerant to, yoga, meditation/some way to relax yourself

Try a chiropractor, sometimes migraines start because of thigh muscles. Also I like to use heat sometimes rather than ice. There are ice rollers too that can be helpful
