I'm really struggling trying to figure why my period is SO bad. I think I may have endometriosis, pcos or vaginismis. I ha e severally painful cramps. And speaking with others this doesn't seem to be common. I cramp from my lower back and lower stomach all the way into my legs to my calves. I have to use a ten's unit, a heat pack, take ibuprofen and midol (and set alarms for exactly 4hrs and 6hrs or I will be in severe pain). And even with all of these things my cramps will still no matter what hurt for 4hrs straight for atleast 2 of the days I have my period. (I typically have it for 5 to 7 days) I also get extreme nausea sometimes to the point of vomiting. I'm basically bed riden when my period comes and it's often times irregular with quite a few blood clots not massive ones just around 7 to 10 of them a cycle also with a HEAVY flow like even with a heavy night pad in the biggest size I have to put toilet paper in my crack so I don't bleed through at night. So my questions I guess are what do you guys use to help with extremely bad cramps and what do you think it may be? Any advice is SO appreciated ❤
