Dealing with PCOS: Weight and Pain

The pain really depends but depending on how you treat your body will depend on the inflammation you receive. Everybody’s systems are different. The best you can do is find things to help help with the pain

The pain comes and goes. In my case, my period happens randomly-anywhere from 1 month to 4 months apart- I notice when my stress level is high the periods and potential cysts are worse, so I try to be cognizant of my workload and feelings.
