Help! PCOS and Menstrual Pain

I have PCOS and when I do get a period it hurts what can I do to get it to stop

I don't know what my issue is yet I'm still figuring it out but currently I am using birth control pills which will not get it to stop necessarily but it'll be under control more. I would recommend you try birth control pills or an IUD.
