Hi so a few weeks ago my college dorm flooded and I was only able to grab minimal things and one of the things that I wasn't able to grab was my scale... I haven't weighted myself in a few week and I'm scared that I gained weight ... I feel like I've been eating more but now I just want to throw up. I know I packed on a few pounds but im still grossed out.

I know with EDs sometimes the perception of weight gain is sometimes exaggerated, sometimes I think I'm gaining weight when I'm really losing it
