Reflecting on the Year: How Has it Been for Everyone?

I am trying to decide on what to do about my boyfriend, our two year anniversary is coming up in a couple months but he gaslights me. I want to record our conversations sometimes to prove that I'm not lying, l but I know I shouldn't have to go to that length to show him that I did tell him I was sad and he didn't listen, or that I was having a party today that I have been talking to him about and planning for weeks. He also denies saying things that he just said, then he will apologize later for the thing he denied he said earlier. I don't know why he does it. It is really hard because we both have grown a lot, he helped me get therapy and medication, I'm healthier and happier but still I know this is not okay. Any ideas on what I should do?

So far so good. I started a new job today, it's not end goal but I'm actually really excited.
